By selecting this, you acknowledge and agree to the following, you will: a) provide your CODE to guests for them to get 5% discount b) earn 10% commission/booking paid once/quarter rounded up to the nearest $1 (min $50 payout)

~We will pay out via Venmo or Cash app once per quarter with a $50 min. Once you accrue $550 in a calendar year, you will be asked to submit a W9 for tax purposes upon receiving $600. Money will be withheld until a W9 is received.
